Spring 2025 Concepts of Educational Technology (EDLD-5302-D01)_OL
Spring 2025 Disruptive Innovation in Technology (EDLD-5305-D02)
Reflection – Disruptive Innovation Disruptive Innovation was a course that opened my mind and helped me discover how I can truly make a difference in the classroom. I realized that not everything has to follow a script—innovation can happen when we create meaningful resources that benefit our students, no matter their age.
Today’s learners are constantly exposed to technology, and school is the perfect place for them to explore it in a purposeful way. As educators, we have the opportunity to guide them toward better organization, independence, and engagement in their learning. This class inspired me to think differently, to question traditional structures, and to embrace change with creativity and intention.
